Jean-Claude Walters Dunn is a Jamaican Weightlifter and businessman with interests in the Health and Fitness Industry and a passion for the cultural and creative arts. He is a Digital Marketer and the founder of ZRISE, a company dedicated to developing the ecosystem of Caribbean creators. He is also a High Performance Personal Coach, affiliated with certifications through the United States Weightlifting Association, NASM/AFAA Elites and the global network of Mind Pump Fitness Coaches.

In addition to business, Jean-Claude is an avid believer in servant leadership and is committed to the development of the future generation of leaders and changemakers. Over the years, this desire to serve the upcoming generation of Jamaican youth has manifested itself through his service with several youth clubs and organizations. Some notable contributions to youth development has seen his involvement in initiatives from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information, the Ministry of Local Government and Community Development, the Kingston and St Andrew Municipal Corporation, the Ministry of Health, The British Council, Optimist International, among others.

His drive to contribute to youth development has now evolved into the goal of preserving the rich cultural legacy of Jamaica and empowering the youth of the Caribbean to embrace their creativity as their most valuable resource. Therefore, it is his mandate to proactively cater to the development of the Caribbean's cultural and creative sector.
